Karle Kreatives (“we”, “us”) is a brand and growth studio. This policy explains how we handle information when you visit karlekreatives.com, submit a contact or quote form, book a discovery call, or email the studio.

You may provide your name, email address, company, project details, budget range, and any message content when you contact us. If you book a call through Calendly or a similar scheduler, that provider also processes the details you enter there under their own terms.

We automatically receive standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, referring URL, and pages viewed through hosting and security providers (including Cloudflare). We do not sell personal information.

We use submitted information to respond to inquiries, prepare proposals, deliver client work, improve the site, and maintain security. We may also send project-related follow-ups you reasonably expect from a business inquiry.

We do not use contact-form submissions for unrelated bulk marketing unless you explicitly opt in to a separate list.

We use trusted processors to operate the studio, including hosting/CDN, form and email delivery, authentication, and scheduling tools. They process data only to provide those services. We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.

Sister companies such as Solvhaus Solutions may receive project details when an engagement requires engineering work you have requested.

Inquiry records are kept as long as needed to manage the relationship, meet legal/accounting requirements, or resolve disputes, then deleted or archived according to our internal retention practices.

You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information we hold about you by emailing becka@karlekreatives.com. You may also unsubscribe from any optional marketing email using the link in that message.

Our site and services are directed to businesses and adult operators. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this policy as our practices or tools change. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
