Brand and growth consulting for treatment operators and founder-led companies who need a plan with operating teeth.
Karle Kreatives advises behavioral health operators, recovery services, and ambitious founder-led companies on positioning, admissions and referral growth, and the marketing system that connects them. Then we build it, because a recommendation nobody executes is not a strategy.

The Problem With Most Consulting
Operators do not have a strategy problem. They have a sequencing problem.
Most treatment operators we meet already know what is wrong. Census is soft in one level of care. Referents send one client and never a second. The website looks like it belongs to a smaller organization. Admissions answers the same objections on every call because the site never addressed them. The problem is not insight. Everything feels urgent, so nothing gets finished, and the budget spreads across six half-built initiatives.
Consulting at Karle Kreatives is the discipline of choosing the order. We look at positioning, brand, website, referral relationships, and channels together, then rank the work by what moves admissions soonest for the least spend. The output is a plan with dates, owners, and a first deliverable, not a deck of observations. Then, because we are a studio and not an advisory firm, we build the first deliverable ourselves.
The same approach works for founder-led companies outside behavioral health: a SaaS product launching into a vertical, a wellness brand going national, a professional service repositioning for a new buyer. The question is identical. What has to be true about the brand and the path to purchase before spending on distribution makes sense, and in what order do we make it true.
Fit
Consulting works when a decision-maker can act on the plan. If the goal is a report to circulate or a second opinion on a decision already made, save the fee.
Who it is for.
- 01Owners and executive teams of residential, outpatient, detox, and recovery housing programs who need a clearer growth path
- 02Clinical founders opening a first program, a new level of care, or a second location, before the brand and admissions path are set
- 03Established operators whose brand, website, and referral materials have drifted apart from the quality of the program
- 04Founder-led SaaS, wellness, and professional service companies repositioning for a new market or buyer
- 05Leadership teams that want a fractional brand and growth lead on a weekly cadence rather than a full-time hire
Who it is not for.
- 01Organizations looking for a strategy document with no intention of executing, we build, and we scope around that
- 02Media buying and ad management as a standalone service, we direct it and can recommend partners, we do not run the accounts
- 03Anyone seeking guaranteed census, admissions, or revenue outcomes, we build the plan and the materials, results depend on execution
What We Deliver
03 componentsThree engagement shapes, one operating model.
Every consulting engagement produces a written plan and a shipped deliverable. The difference between the three is how much of the plan we execute with you.
Brand & Growth Diagnostic
The paid entry point. A senior audit of positioning, brand, website, and marketing channels, returned as a prioritized action plan you can run with us or on your own.
- Positioning and messaging review
- Website and conversion audit
- Referral and channel assessment
- Competitor and category scan
- Prioritized 90-day action plan
Five-Day Growth Sprint
One urgent gap, closed in a week. Choose Referral Growth, Program Launch, or Brand Conversion and leave with the messaging, the assets, and a 30-day plan to act on them.
- One track, fixed scope
- Messaging and positioning
- Track deliverables in editable formats
- Day 1 strategy session
- 30-day action plan
Embedded Growth Partner
A fractional brand and growth lead on a monthly cadence. Strategy, creative direction, and production for teams that want one senior partner instead of three vendors.

- Creative direction and production
- Weekly working session
- Referent and admissions enablement
- Quarterly plan and review
Process
How an engagement actually runs.
- 01
Fit call
30 to 60 minutes with the decision-maker: census, referral sources, what has been tried, what a good year looks like. If we are not the right fit, we say so on the call.
- 02
Diagnostic
Two weeks. We review the site, brand, materials, channels, and referral pattern, interview the admissions lead, and return a prioritized plan in a working session. $750, credited within 30 days.
- 03
First deliverable
The plan names one thing to build first, usually a Growth Sprint, sometimes a full Brand or Campaign System. We scope it in writing, take a 50% deposit, and start.
- 04
Working cadence
Bi-weekly sessions during a project, weekly on retainer, plus a shared async channel. You see direction early and give one consolidated round of feedback per stage.
- 05
Review and re-sequence
Quarterly on retainer, or at the end of a project, we look at what moved and re-rank the plan. Strategy that is never revisited becomes decoration.
A plan, a first deliverable, a cadence. That is the whole model, and it is why the work gets finished.

Named workOperators and founders we have advised and built for.
Named engagements, shown with permission, plus Solvhaus venture products born from the same operator problems.
- Paradigm MalibuAdolescent residential · Repositioning
A high-acuity adolescent program that had to read as clinically sophisticated to referents and safe to families in the worst week of their lives. We rebuilt the identity, edited the program architecture down to what a parent could understand on a first read, and rolled it across the site, a referent print system, and paid-search landing pages.
- The Runway RecoveryAdult treatment · Admissions operations
Our work with The Runway Recovery moved from brand into admissions operations. Their live admissions data became the beta environment for BedFlow, the census-aware CRM we built when no existing tool matched how a small-bed facility runs.
- Trusted Treatment NavigatorReferrals platform · Positioning and build
Positioned and built as the alternative to pay-to-play treatment directories: editorial program profiles, structured clinical fit criteria, and separate paths for families and referent professionals. A consulting thesis, shipped as a product.
- Solvhaus SolutionsStudio operating model · Case study
The clearest example of sequencing as strategy. We split brand and growth from systems, gave each its own company, and coordinated delivery through one client operating system so operators get one relationship instead of a vendor stack.

Frequently Asked Questions
5 answersAsked on most fit calls.
If your question is not covered here, bring it to the fit call. That is what it is for.
Book a fit call- How is this different from hiring a typical behavioral health marketing agency?
- A typical agency sells channels, each with its own retainer. We start one level up: positioning, the admissions or referral path, and the order of work that moves census. Then we execute the brand and creative work ourselves and tell you which channels deserve budget. Some clients keep an agency for media buying and use us as the layer above it. If you want the full behavioral health marketing service rather than advisory alone, that page lists the offer stack, named work, and ethics.
- Do we have to buy the diagnostic first?
- No, but most clients do. The $750 diagnostic takes about two weeks, produces a prioritized plan, and is credited toward a sprint or system within 30 days. If you already know the gap, start with the Growth Sprint.
- Who actually does the work?
- Becka Karle leads every engagement personally, from strategy through delivery. No account manager layer, no handoff to a junior team after the sales call. Photography comes from a named studio partner and engineering from Solvhaus Solutions when needed.
- What does the Embedded Growth Partner retainer actually include each month?
- Growth and campaign strategy, creative direction, ongoing production, and a weekly working session with your leadership or admissions team. A fractional brand and growth lead who also ships the work. $4,000 to $7,500 per month depending on production volume, billed in advance, 30-day notice.
- Do you need access to patient information or clinical records?
- Never. We work at the level of positioning, programs, referral relationships, and marketing operations, and do not request, receive, or store protected health information. Census figures and program economics stay inside the engagement, and we sign your NDA on request.
