The Three Tracks
Select oneOne sprint, one track, one job done well.
Every sprint runs one of three tracks. You choose the track when you apply, and the deliverables listed for that track are the scope of the week.
To be clear about what this is not: the sprint is not an unlimited five-day design subscription. It is a fixed scope, delivered fast, by the team that specializes in behavioral health.
Referral Growth Sprint
For programs whose growth depends on professional referents, therapists, hospitals, interventionists, and alumni networks.
- Referral-source messaging
- One professional referral one-pager
- Outreach email sequence
- Referral follow-up recommendations
- 30-day relationship-building plan
Program Launch Sprint
For a new program, level of care, or location that needs clear positioning and launch-ready assets from day one.
- Program positioning
- Core messaging framework
- One conversion-focused landing page
- Launch announcement copy
- Three branded campaign graphics
Brand Conversion Sprint
For established organizations whose website and materials no longer reflect the quality of the program, or convert the families who find them.
- Homepage and messaging audit
- Revised value proposition
- Homepage copy recommendations
- One priority marketing asset
- 30-day conversion action plan
The Week
How the five days unfold.
- Day 1
Intake and strategic working session
A working session with your leadership team. We confirm the track, agree on the single most urgent gap, and gather everything needed to move fast, current materials, referral sources, program details, and constraints.
- Day 2
Audit, positioning, and direction
We audit what exists, sharpen the positioning, and send you a short written direction for approval. You respond by end of day so production starts on solid ground.
- Days 3 and 4
Copy and asset production
Heads-down production on your track's deliverables. You will see work in progress and answer quick questions asynchronously, no meetings required.
- Day 5
Presentation, handoff, and action plan
A walkthrough of every deliverable, the files themselves in editable formats, and a 30-day action plan so the work gets used, not shelved.
Fit
Who it is for.
- 01Behavioral health organizations, treatment programs, outpatient practices, recovery housing, and adjacent services
- 02Leadership teams who can name their most urgent marketing gap, or want help naming it on Day 1
- 03Programs that need sharper positioning or stronger referral materials without a multi-month agency engagement
- 04Teams that can give fast feedback, one working session on Day 1 and same-day responses during the week
- 05Organizations preparing for a launch, a census push, or a referral outreach cycle
Who it is not for.
- 01Organizations looking for an unlimited design subscription or an ongoing production queue
- 02Teams that cannot put a decision-maker in the Day 1 session
- 03Full rebrands, website builds, or ad management, those are separate engagements we can scope after the sprint
- 04Anyone expecting guaranteed census, admissions, or revenue outcomes, we build the materials and the plan, results depend on execution
- 05Projects that need more than one track at once, a second track can be booked as a second sprint
Scope, Payment & Confidentiality
The terms, in plain language.
Clear boundaries are what make a five-day sprint work. These terms apply to every sprint unless overridden in a signed scope of work.
Scope
The sprint covers the deliverables listed for your selected track, produced across five consecutive business days. It is one track, not all three, and it is not an unlimited five-day design subscription. Anything outside the track list is out of scope and can be quoted separately.
One revision round
One consolidated revision round on the delivered work is included. Send it as a single list within five business days of handoff, and revisions are returned within three business days.
Payment
$2,500 flat. A 50% deposit ($1,250) reserves the sprint week, invoiced through Stripe on acceptance. The remaining 50% is due on delivery. The deposit is credited in full if we determine on Day 1 that the sprint is not the right fit and we cancel the engagement.
Rush and additional work
Standard scheduling is two to three weeks out. A rush start inside five business days adds 20% when capacity allows. Work requested beyond the track scope, during or after the sprint, is quoted as a flat fee before we begin it, never silently added to the invoice.
Your availability
The schedule depends on your side of it, a decision-maker present on Day 1 and same-day feedback during the week. If your team becomes unavailable mid-sprint, we pause and resume on the next mutually available week, once, at no charge.
Confidentiality
Everything you share, census figures, referral relationships, program economics, internal materials, stays inside the engagement and is limited to the people delivering it. We sign your NDA or BAA-adjacent confidentiality terms on request, we never request or store patient records or protected health information, and we do not name your organization or show sprint work publicly without written permission.
Frequently Asked Questions
Asked before every sprint.
If your question is not covered here, bring it to the fit call, that is what it is for.
Book a Fit Call- Can we combine tracks or swap deliverables between them?
- You select one track, and the deliverables listed for that track are the scope. Small substitutions can be discussed on Day 1 if they serve the same goal, but the sprint stays one track deep. A second track can be booked as a separate sprint.
- Is this a five-day unlimited design service?
- No. The sprint is a fixed scope delivered on a fixed schedule. That constraint is what makes a five-day turnaround possible at this price.
- What do you need from our team during the week?
- A decision-maker in the Day 1 working session, same-day answers to questions during the week, and consolidated feedback on Day 2 direction and Day 5 delivery. If your team cannot commit to that pace, a standard engagement is a better fit.
- What does the revision round cover?
- One consolidated revision round is included. Gather your team's feedback on the Day 5 deliverables into a single list within five business days of handoff, and we turn the revisions around within three business days. Additional rounds or new requests are quoted separately.
- How does payment work?
- The sprint is $2,500 flat. A 50% deposit, $1,250, reserves your sprint week and is invoiced through Stripe when your application is accepted. The remaining $1,250 is due on delivery at the end of Day 5.
- How soon can we start?
- Sprint weeks are booked on a first-deposit basis, typically two to three weeks out. If you need a start inside five business days, rush scheduling is available for an additional 20% when the calendar allows it.
- Do you need access to patient information?
- No. The sprint works entirely at the marketing level, program details, referral relationships, and positioning. We do not request, receive, or store patient records or protected health information.
- What happens after the sprint?
- You own everything we produce, delivered in editable formats, along with a 30-day plan for putting it to work. Many clients continue into a larger system or an ongoing engagement, but nothing about the sprint requires it.
